OUR SOLAR TECHNOLOGY
But, as Solar power becomes the mean for provision of electrical generation by means of heart engines or photovoltaic, this calls for ingenuity and expertise. Hence, the exploitation of solar power for electricity generation in rural communities in Africa sub-Saharan may not be considered business as usual. There will be concerted effort to transit the sub-region to renewable energy technologies properly.
By transition, we mean a qualitative change from one structural pattern to another. It means transformation which implies an upward movement to a higher level or mode of solar energy structure of renewable energy development, production and consumption.
It is clear that the intrinsic relevance of Solar power as mean to provide electrical generation and constructive importance of sustainable growth can be very extensive in the Sub-Saharan Africa, mostly in the rural communities and urban poor. Indeed, a fuller concept of solar energy and its applications should generate a set of opportunities for growth and social progress. |
